Shipping & Returns


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

If you believe your package was damaged in shipping, we require that you Contact Us within 5 days of delivery and we will work with you to quickly resolve the issue.  

Returns Policy

Shaw’s is committed to 100% customer satisfaction! If you are not happy with your purchase, please feel free to return it within 15 days of receipt. Please read below for return instructions and requirements.

You may return most new, unopened/unused items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. Order must have been received within 30 days. Item must be unworn, in good condition with original tags attached. Missing tags will indicate that the item has been worn and will not be accepted.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. You will receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number prior to returning the item(s). Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer unless an error was made in shipping. Shipping fees will not be refunded. We recommend insuring any orders that are sent back. We are not responsible for returns that are damaged or lost in shipping.

Returned orders that received free shipping will be charged a $9.95 restocking fee. Once the item is received back, please allow 3 to 5 business days for the return to be processed. Refunds will be issued to the credit card that was used to place the order.

We are happy to accept returns on gifts as well, but the recipient will either receive store credit or we will issue a refund back to the purchaser’s credit card. We do not issue cash or check refunds.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
